Fashion forward: Fall 2008

Take a look at what a few fashion-forward students wear. You might learn a thing or two.

While models walked the runway wearing next spring's couture during this month's New York Fashion Week, a few locals have been sporting their own one-of-a-kind modes.

We asked students to submit their best autumn ensemble for a chance to win a photo shoot with one of our Erie Times-News photographers. Three students stood out from 14 entries with their great outfits and fashion know-how.

Adriausha Snow, 12, likes to wow onlookers with color.

Alexis Gazdak, 10, tends to dress a bit older than her classmates.

With her eyes on all the latest trends, 16-year-old Leann Krysiak tries to pull off all kinds of different styles.

You, too, can look just as fashionable. These three -- and the other entries, all pictured below -- shared a few words of advice and helpful hints to help everyone look their best this fall.
